Engine Recall work
 

I live right outside Fort Lauderdale Fl and am looking for someone who has had the recall work done and who would you suggest I go to. I have a 2013 FRS with 45k miles.

I am too. A lot of cars have already been messed up so I'm hoping there's at least one dealer down here that's solid. But I would probably drive up to Orlando or Jacksonville if I had to to avoid the RTV issue everyone was having. If you decide to go through with it maybe you can swap out the plugs and do other maintenance you may have been thinking about at the same time. That's what a lot of guys have done and I plan on doing the same. Let me know if you find anyone and I will try to do the same. later

But OP has a FRS. Is Subaru doing FRS recalls free of charge now?

I'm in Gainesville, FL and I might get the recall done on my FRS at 79k miles here at Gatorland toyota.

Courtesy Toyota in tampa did two of our cars. Neither has had an issue.

Sadly not close to Ft Laud at all...

Update--- DO NOT DO THE RECALL WORK. I'm posting a nightmare thread now. Once I resolve my situation it will hopefully help others.
