Question for guys running 3" catback exhaust
Hey guys, I still have a small exhaust leak from where my front pipe meets the mid-pipe/catback. My catback is a 3" from Perrin and my front pipe is a 2.5" from Invidia. I'm getting a slight exhaust leak where those two meet and I don't think I can use the stock donut gasket because its meant for a 2.5" stock exhaust. Has anyone had leaks in that area?...if so what type of gasket would you recommend? A guy from Brakes Plus said he recommended a thick 2.5 flange gasket (5-8mm)....does this sound reasonable? Any tips would help, thanks guys!

Maybe this, maybe?
https://www.mishimoto.com.au/subaru-...caAjNwEALw_wcB I'm sure you could find one cheaper if you googled for more than 3 seconds. |

Or you run 3" all the way and call it a day!

I bought the grimmspeed 2.5" to 3" adapter and it fixed this issue on mine perfectly. Im actually switching to a full 3" header back so I would give you mine cheap if youre interested.
