I'm part of the San Diego 86 club on Facebook, its still active, just not as active as it used to be.

Yeah they probably had it made by someone who is part of the club

hmm don't recognize that car. But I see that it has TRD exhaust, and might be TRD canards up front. The headlights might be custom halo, they don't look like common aftermarket halo ones.
