If anyone wants pics, I have a set (anodized black, countersunk machined holes). Not currently mounted though.

With the stock pedals (at least on the BRZ, i'd imagine the FR-S are the same), heel-toe is already a breeze. Not sure there's really a need for that, at least IMO.

Agreed, it's all abt proper foot placement--the pedals are well-spaced, IMO.

Has anyone ever tried to heel/toe a 1st gen Viper? Now that's a spread! lol

someone has made one in Japan:

not cheap tho (18,000 yen).

They are well spaced depending on your heel/toe technique. Factory pedals work great if you use your heel for the blip. Rather than using my heel I like roll my foot and use the right edge of my foot to blip the throttle. For that technique the pedals are too far apart.

Pedals showed up yesterday and I have to say I really like them. Very good quality. The satin finish goes really well with the silver trim in the brz. Pedals also have quite a bit more grip than stock.

Anyone who where to buy the NeoPlot piece in US?

86BRZ 01-02-2013 01:47 AM

I like the Neoplot one, at least I don't have to go through all troubles to replace all 4 to get them all matched for the SRP racing set and it is more OEM look. Sent an email to Japanparts.com and see if they can help to order this. Seems expensive, but it appears the whole piece is CNC machined for retro fit.

The accelerator only pedal setup from SRP looks great with the other OEM pedals and is way more functional for throttle bliping than the stock setup (which is not that great, the stock setup on my '98 Tacoma is infinitely better than the stock FR-S layout...)

After couple emails to Japanparts.com, it is now on their site for $207.

Not at all.

Together with shipping, this Neoplot pedal is like $250 from Japanparts.com. I ordered one and will see in a few weeks.

I've got the SRP and it's quite nice.
