Partial JDL V2 "no-cut" Turbo Kit with Extras
 

Car was in an unfortunate accident and a total loss. Some hot parts have melted black plastic on them that stained. This is by no means a perfect or complete kit. Surprisingly the ONLY piece that was damaged from the accident was an intercooler pipe that runs behind the passenger side headlight due to the no-cut routing option. I have only ever run Millers Nanodrive CFS 5w-30 oil through this turbo. It has seen over 10 track days and has never had a single issue. No smoke or leaks at all. You will receive:
- UEL Header [One bolt broke upon removal. Drilled and tapped the bore seemed to clean it up very well. New bolt threads in and holds just fine]
- GTX 2860R Gen2
- Turbosmart BOV
- Precision Wastegate [6psi installed, have all the springs in a box]
- Omni 3bar map sensor
- Turbo restrictor, drain flange and oil feed line and drain line included
- Various silicon couplers and clamps - ECUTek Dongle & Cable
- Delicious Tuning EBCS
- K&N Cone filter [about 1k miles on this new one]
- Recirculated wastegate option
- "no-cut" intercooler pipe routing
- Black powdercoated intercooler pipes
- Bronze Cerakote on all hot parts

You will need:
- 2x 45 degree couplers but you may as well replace them all
- some new t-bolt clamps [They could all be replaced, but I will include what I have]
- Oil pan with -10an male flange [could not remove from car]
- All new gaskets [Might be worth it to reach out to JDL to see if they can put together a gasket kit for you]
- New charge pipe from intercooler to MAF pipe [quoted $110+ shipping from JDL including powdercoat]
- Various vacuum line from wastegate and bov
- Tune

I will also throw in a Mocal thermostatic sandwich plate to be used with your choice of oil cooler. I ran a JDL cooler but that was also damaged in the accident. The hoses might be OK. You can have those too

Yes. It has a 38mm Precision wastegate that I left bolted up on the header. Have all the springs in a box too.
