Can't sleep can't seem to find my FR-S.. HELP.
 

Whats up guys..

I seriously cannot seem to find a FR-S in the SoCal area.. so frustrating. I need some suggestions please. I have contacted at least 15 different dealerships. I suppose to be on "THE LIST" of whom they call when they have inventory on black/lava orange manuals, yet I can't help having that thought in the back of my head wondering if they've forgot about me lol...

My question I guess is, how many of you got that call from the dealer compared to putting money down and waited?

How long was the wait for either putting your name in or putting money down?

only took me 2 wk wait time in mid May deposit 500 - have u tried looking norcal ? I called around norcal and socal

I got lucky. I wanted my wrb brz limited which I ordered. Suppose to come in Aug, but got delayed til Dec. Started looking around this week. Found an ultramarine in longo available so I scheduled to see it. Got the call an hr later and said cat was being sold as we speak, but guy had a shakey credit. It fell thru, and bam it was mine.

There were like 11 FRS available within 50 miles of me last weekend........... they are out there, but they might not be the one you want.

I know Tustin Toyota and miller Toyota has a few but I don't know what's left?

I started looking and got one the same day, but I was flexible on color and had a choice of asphalt or argento.

I'd call Jeff Chang @ Longo Scion, they have the biggest inventory and he knows what he's doing better than anyone else I spoke to about these cars. (I'm a car salesman and I know a good one when I meet one)

I was picky about what color I wanted when I was looking for mine. I called every scion in SoCal and left my number with most of them so that they'll call me when they had one in stock. Some of them tolled me they'll be getting one in 1-2 weeks. I got lucky and found one that day tho. About 4-5 weeks later I started getting calls back from dealerships. Best of luck to you

There's 2 available Hot Lavas at Miller Toyota of Anaheim (AT though). There's one Raven (MT) at DCH Scion of Torrance. If you have a smartphone download the Edmunds app. Its useful for searching inventories anywhere you go.

Autotrader is your best friend in these situations. And please go in, I was dead set on Asphalt as my #1 choice until I saw my Firestorm in person.

Do they add dealer addons as well or just msrp+tax?

I was lucky.. ;) no deposit, no preorder, no waiting list. Walked into dealer and drove off with a Raven manual..
