Does EcuTek Bluetooth OBD2 device cause a parasitic drain?

I leave mine plugged in 24/7. Will this have a parasitic drain? I notice a blue light that is lit when it's plugged in but I don't know if it's on all the time if it's plugged in. Is this something to worry about or is the power draw very minimal?

After a short period after igniton off the ecutek blutooth dongle goes into low power mode, and draws very little power
