IF implemented correctly, it could be really good. More TS050, less eCVT. [emoji28]

Well considering the whole content of the press release when they announced a second gen it would seem to be a distinct possibility.

From the REAL news from Toyota

"Also, with vast changes enveloping the automotive industry, which is being called on to respond to the new domains of CASE (connected, autonomous/automated, shared, and electric), Toyota and Subaru disclosed in June this year that they have agreed to jointly develop a platform dedicated to battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and to jointly develop a BEV model, both of which will employ Subaru's AWD technologies and Toyota's vehicle electrification technologies."

Should be a motoring.au or nextcar story saying "insider says new 86 to be electric" any minute now.

My wife just wants a brake pedal on that side. Doesn't matter what car we are in though.

Very true. Mine just wants an "oh shit!" handle on the headliner.

This has been brought up by mine as well, the handle on the door just doesn't cut it she says.

There's not alot of room there for one though.

An "A" pillar handle on the passenger side won't hurt

I wish the small rear side windows popped out like this. I know we will never get them. Still, I think it would be really nice.
