Engine noise
 

Just noticed this today, not sure if it's new sound or just didnt notice it before. Just got the car a couple weeks ago. The noise starts about 30-45 seconds after starting the car. Does it whether cold start or already warm. Sounds like small marbles in jar. 13 frs 26k miles.

Thought and was hoping it was the fuel pump, but its in addition to the loud chirping. This is a better video. Starts in right at the end. Is it the fuel pump? If it is I'll stop worrying about it. Just sounds like a rattle, so had me concerned. Thanks!!!

I believe this is a normal sound and has something to do with the injection system, if I'm hearing it right it's the same sound I get on my '17 86 with around 8k miles. Starts after the car has been idling for a bit on mine as well.

I'm hesitant to say I'm 100% certain just because of how things sound different through recordings, but I'm reasonably confident.

Might be direct injectors
