Diameter of struts
 

Hello everyone,
So I'm trying to figure out which struts I should buy that are a thinner diameter than the stock struts as I'm having a spacing issue with the wheels that I bought that have a 45 offset on them. They seem to be making contact with the OEM struts of about an eighth of an inch I'm guessing. Does anybody know offhand if there are struts that are of a thinner diameter at the spring base so that I can get my clearance issues fixed and not run spacers?

I assume the wheel is hitting the spring too? I'd get spacers

It is hitting the spring but id rather run no spacer.

Most, if not all coilovers, are drastically thinner. Pick up some cheap ones if your only goal is to make space in the wheel well and fit wide wheels.

I mean thats not the only reason but... I would like my car to be legal again lol but spirited hill climbs and track for what I want to have it set up for.
