WTB: Corsa catback

Current setup has gruppe-s header and DC Sport catback.

Looking to remove/reduce the drone noises... I heard Corsa catbacks are great with no drone noises.

PM if you have one for sale and price.

Open to other alternatives.

Since you have an aftermarket header, the Corsa is going to be very loud. It's only drone-free with the stock header and front pipe. Thought you should know before you end up with something you are unhappy with.

I'd recommend a Greddy Supreme SP, Perrin resonated or the CSG touring 86 catback. There may be more options, but those are on the quieter end of the spectrum. Good luck!

Corsa's are basically straight pipe with their tuned sound tech. For catless all the requencies change nullifying the drone cancelation. Most other catbacks with a briefcase style muffler should do the job. Perrin 2.5, blitz VSR, CSG comp RS, greddy SP

Ah thanks for this!

Which one would you recommend out of the 3 you've mentioned?

Also - I wouldn't need to re-tune the car right? I believe the previous owner had it tuned since he installed the header and catback...

Gruppe-S header with Greddy Supreme SP

If possible, see if you can meet up with any local members to experience any of these setups in person. Out of the 3 I mentioned, I would personally pick the Greddy Supreme SP.

A tune isn't necessary for changing the catback.
