I have a place that when it rains the lot is empty and it's a BIG lot. Private skidpad. I used to hate rain but now i welcome it.

On a more serious and legal note. the San Diego region #57 SCCA is looking for big open lots to rent out for activities

so if you guys know of any hit me up and I can forward that to the regional chapter. Nothing worse than land that isnt making money and literally we'd race anywhere.

I wish there were big empty open lots in Los Angeles.
This is the best I could find near me, but you have to pay $5 to enter

IMO a good use would be skidpads. A big circle and a water truck and people would learn more about car control more than any other type of venue.

we and the BMW CCA host car control clinics as well for that very thing

Damn gents it looks like we can have a small business on our hands. Renting out parking lots and water trucks for car control clinics

It changes based on what gets approved but for a weekend both days full access and covered under our insurance its like 3-5 grand depending event

for both days.
