2017 BRZ w/ Performance Package - 8k miles (Dallas, TX)

Hi all, this was my 2nd BRZ and I have taken the utmost care for this one. I am putting her up for sale due to changes of goals and hope the next owner will take care of her as well as I did.

Some detailed facts of the car:

I am the first owner. She was purchased Feb 2018
Car has had 2 oil changes at 3680 miles & 6200 miles. I will use another free oil change at 9k assuming the mileage goes up to that
I have taken it to 3 autocross races since I've owned it

Pros

Car has been garaged or under a car port its whole life
I am a hobbyist detailer and the car was delivered to me with no swirls and I did my best to keep it that way. Always washed it with 2 buckets + grit guards. It was treated with Wolf Gang Deep gloss sealant 2 months ago
I have all maintenance records/papers
Car has never been smoked in or eaten in; no one in my house smokes
You will get some free upgrades

Blacked out interior including traction control buttons

Perrin Drift button for e-brake (easier on the thumb)

Upgraded tires (ventus v12)

Caramic tint (TX legal 25%) all around except windshield performed by Subaru

Cons

There is a small scuff on the passenger side of the lower front bumper (see pic)
Bumper has a few rock chips expected of any car driving on the highway, but it's very minimal
The front bumper has tiny scrapes on the bottom from inclines, but not noticeable unless you are under the car

What upgrades were done to the car? When you upgraded to the V12 did you change to a different tire size or is it still 215? clean carfax? The interior trim pieces were replaced with black ones or were removed painted & re-installed? Sorry about all the questions but I am a serious buyer and want to know as much as possible.

The interior trim was painted! I got primer + paint from home depot and made it look as close as possible to the tS color. You can tell because the button and the shift surround is near match.
Clean car fax, no accidents, and tires are stock size.
