I'm looking for something budget friendly.

budget friendly is subjective, maybe you could put a dollar amount.
To me WEDS are very budget friendly, but I just wouldn't sell Chinese rep wheels nor put them on my baby!

budget friendly as in used RPF1 etc.. sub $700

makes sense, probably RPF1 or rep. Just make sure the RPF1s are not bent, be careful because sometimes the lip is not bent but the but is and that you won't see til you put it on a good balancer. Best of luck on that search.
