Looking for the best Catback this set up.

Currently running Tomei UEL Headers + stock Overpipe + HKS dual resonated Front Pipe + Perrin resonated 2.5inch catback. Looking to go a different route now and find a better sounding catback with this setup. No rasp if possible. Let me know your ideas and videos if you got any, thank you!

Get an overpipe that's 2.5" and swap out the hks for a 2.5 front pipe. Should change the sound a lot.

Yeah was definitely thinking of getting an overpipe but so many ppl tell me literally nothing will happen. Do you know a 2.5 front pipe that’s dual resonated by chance? Also as far as catbacks with this set up any suggestions?

JDL has 2.5 dual resonated or ultra quite (cat and resonator). I have on the other hand didnt want to spend a lot and pipe is a pipe to me so I have circuit werks 2.5 dual resonator. ISR has an over pipe 2.5" for $135. If want a new catback get an ark grip or dezod. But honestly the perrin is fine.

His HKS front pipe is dual resonated and 2.5 already. No reason to swap it out unless its has a crack at the welds.

I would swap out the UEL header for an EL one if anything.

The hks is a 60mm which is 2.36"

Yeah 2.36 but would that .14 of an inch really make that much of a difference? I feel like it won’t to be honest

HKS legamax sport does a great job keeping the rasp down

I highly recommend MXP SP catback. The build quality is top notch and its got 2.75 piping. The catback is tame but probably louder than Perrin 2.5. The tone is very mature but it's not obnoxiously loud. The only drawback I can think of is that it's maybe 3 pounds heavier than stock but that's pretty much negligible.

I've linked few setups with UEL header. All the videos linked use catted front pipe so I'm not sure how the sound will change with dual resonated frontpipe.

What is "better sounding"? Your question means something else for everyone.

Well I honestly left it very broad for that reason I wanted to know other people’s ideas of what pairs up good with the rest of my set up. I want something different as long as it’s not raspy as I stated but I’m not exactly sure what I want at this point that why I just wanted to take in opinions and pick the one I liked most.
