going from OFT to ECUtek.
 

Hey all, I have a weird/specific question.


I currently have a catless UEL and OFT tune, I am installing the edelbrock supercharger soon and went with a tuner that uses ECUTEK.



Do I need to "unmarry" the OFT before I install the ecutek tune? Also what happens to my stock tune file I copied when I installed the OFT tune?



I'm slightly confused and dont know how to go about doing this. In the end I would like to sell the OFT I am just confused about the original stock tune.

you really need to unmarry the oft, so it will flash the stock original tune back to the car


and you can then sell the oft as a virgin device


your tuner then will help you with ecutek

So I think I figured it out..
-install super charger
-flash ecu back to stock with OFT to unmarry.
-DO NOT START CAR
-Flash the ecu using ecutek and edelbrock tune.



Sound about right?

or flash back to stock before install supercharger, so you check better if everything went good
