swapping older headlights into a 2017+ BRZ vehicle.
 

Hello group. I am going to send my 2017 headlights off soon to have them upgraded and so I need to put in a back up pair while they are out of the car. I borrowed a set of older frs headlights and quickly noticed they are all kinds of different for the wiring and the bulbs. Is there anyway to reconfigure the wiring of the car and older headlights to just get the low and Hi beams to work?? not worried as much about the turn signals. Thanks group.

repin the connectors on them, theres a few diagrams around here that show what your cars harness is expecting on what pins. I did this to update my FRS to brz style headbeams with the boomerangs and turn signals

I can't help you, but am curious how one has 2017 headlights upgraded. Care to share with the rest of the group?

I guess I should use the better word of the headlights will be retrofitted to the demon eyes and rgb boomerang drl.

Any idea where those diagrams might be? if not i'll do a search later this evening. Thanks again
