Iconic Sleeper Build
 

Just creating the thread for my build. Hopefully will get the license plate "Iconic." Goal is to make a 300 whp sleeper.
Current Priority List
1) Winter Tires / Wheels (Fitment Industries <$1k)
2) Open Flash Tablet $500
3) Catted UEL Header $1k
4) Flex Fuel Kit $550
5) Turbo kit - still need to look. (I know I'll need supporting mods for the turbo, not too sure exactly what yet.)

Cosmetically, I think I may remove the Scion logos on front and back, including the FR-S, I will leave the 86 emblem on the sides though. I think it would make it more interesting

Skip the OFT too if you are boosting.

Really, if you are interested in going turbo you need to find a local tuner and talk to them. Ask them what they are familiar with and what your goals are. You really need to work together to get the most out of it efficiently.

My other biggest worry is the cost of parts for the turbo if anything goes wrong, Im 17 so I cant really shell out all that money for a new trans/engine.

Boosting is a pay to play mod.

That being said a lot of guys are running SC and turbo trouble free. It starts with using a reputable tuner.
