I was lucky enough to snag a local selling a carsmo armrest from a part out. I like that it retains the use of the cupholders, and doesn't require any screws.

Super Klasse is making the Carsmo style armrest now in different stitching colors. The price is $104.99 + $10.99 shipping to TN. https://super-klasse.com/products/fr...rop-in-armrest
I have the USDM Scion FR-S armrest. It's a bit of a PITA to put in, especially the rivets, but if you get it in correctly, IMO, it's the most functional. It's just the right height for my arm.
On the downside, when my wife gets in the car she uses the armrest for leverage and slides it back, other than that, it does not move unless I manually push it back.
The Carsmo style armrest does have the big advantage of no installation, no drilling, can easily be removed, and gives you access to the cupholders and the 12V port.
