Discussion about coatings and film?

Haven't noticed any discussion regarding bug guts/bird droppings/tar removal and washing of 3M coated areas. It must be sensitive to wash wand pressure blasting if you get too close!

Recommended lotions/potions/techniques to prevent scratching and dislodging film!
