Because UEL and JDL is better quality. SBD is Asian made. I can pull up on aliexpress or alibaba and find the same manifold etc for the SBD kit. Jesse hand crafts every manifold. Uses real wastegate and bov from turbosmart and real garrett turbo.

Garret turbo update
 

Garrett turbo is in bankruptcy. Hopefully they will be bought out by Melett which has been making turbos a lot longer than Garrett. Aka Mitsubishi turbos. SBD turbo kit supplied by Melett. Tech tip for longevity.

Pretty sure their affiliation with Honeywell got them in this spot. Nonetheless, it'll work out somehow- someone will want "Garrett" on their product
