Weird clicking sound when raising and or lowering the car with a jack
 

I recently started hearing this clicking sound on both sides of the rear whenever I would jack up my car in the front. I can’t really identify where it’s coming from thou or what it could be. There’s 0 noise whenever I’m driving thou everything seems normal tbh. It’s only when I raise or lower the car with a jack that it happens. I installed Tein flex z’a like 3 months ago and idk if that has to do with it even thou I torqued everything down properly and installed them as they should. Please help with any ideas?

Could just be the springs making noise against the seats

Are there any blinking lights?
