Can the High pressure fuel pump be monitor via torque pro

Trying to find out if an app like torque pro or something similar would show when the high pressure fuel pump is on/ off or the level it's running at?

Torque has built-in PID for Fuel Rail Pressure. Not sure if that answers your question

HPP is mechanical. Just watch your tach, if it’s at 0, the hpp is off. Anything above that, it’s on.
