GCS 4th brake light wiring question

Hey guys,
I just bought a 4th brake light used from a guy. It's GCS V1 4th brake light. But the Blue wire on the 3 pin plug is depinned and stripped. So it has only green and black wire on the plug. https://ibb.co/SvsTrsR Is it supposed to be like that? or i need to put it back into plug and then splice the blue wire and connect to brake lights? Here's a puppy picture for helping me. |
