Are 2017 performance package wheels direct bolt-on for 2013 BRZ?

Some local guy is selling 2017 PP wheels for $500. Seems the date code is 2116 (or 2115?). Anyone knows whether the wheels can be directly bolted on to my 2013 BRZ? Also how is the price? Seller says that they only have 3k miles.

The OEM wheel is 17x7, the PP wheel is 17x7.5. It will be 6.3mm closer to struts and fender on both sides. No other differences. I got the picture from an old thread. Not my picture. Thanks.

Yea that'll be a direct swap, no problem. And I think that's a fair price. Especially if you intend to run those tires for their intended life.

Thanks. Forgot to mention that TPMS sensors are removed. Is is the norm when selling used wheels and tires?

Pretty normal for that to go either way. They probably swapped their sensors over to some aftermarket wheels. You can get new TPMS sensors and have a tire shop register them to your car. You can swap your current sensors over but you'll have to have the tires unmounted and remounted.

I see. How long does the TPMS sensor last? They are $45 each, kinda of expensive. Cloning the sensors are not cheap either. Probably that is why all those sold on ebay removed tpms sensors. Looks like taking care of those nasty warning lights will cost me some money.

Don't worry about the warning lights, in my '16 FRS I have the sensors in my stock rims with winter tires and nothing in the aftermarket wheels. The light may come on a few times during the 9 months without them and then it goes away.

$45 is dirt cheap, had a dealer quote me $500 for a set.
