Delicious Tuning or HRI Tuning (James Martin) seem to be the most popular ones. I've been tuned by HRI Tuning myself with my build and have no complaints. It's probably best for you to reach out to them and let them know what your goals are and see what they can do for you.

A really good tuner will get you the last three, anyone can get lucky and make big power for a single pull.

HRI Tuning

I have a JDL turbo kit, gtx2860r stock block. My guess is around 325/350whp on 10psi with flex fuel content around e80. (probably closer to 325whp). It did take some time for James to dial it in, but that's normal due to the back and forth, schedules lining up, and being able to send updates over emails. After 9 or 10 revisions I was set to go and the car has seen 4 track days so far and all has been good. We'll see what this track season brings me. any force induction is just a ticking time bomb no matter who tuned it. it's just a matter of when.
