949 6UL Question

Folks, I'm getting close to bolting on a set of 17x8 949 6ULs. The wheel choice is pretty solid, but I'm in a quandary as to color. The car is WRB and, while I'm drawn to Beryllium, the blue subtone in that finish has me concerned it will clash with the WRB paint. I've spent a number of hours practicing my google-fu but have yet to find an image that allows me to confirm or reject the concern. Tungsten is also an option, but I prefer a darker (non-black) color. Tungsten may be too much bling for an old(ish) guy.

Anyone have an experience with the above color combinations?

thanks.

Here's a few photos of the Charcoal color on mine. Sorry if they aren't ideal, but they're all I could find. I've never had an issue with the color combo! They basically look black, but just have a unique sheen to them in certain light that makes them a bit more interesting. It certainly doesn't clash or anything.

Check out this YouTube video. Gives a pretty clear picture. I was looking at these but I had the same concerns with the berium color would clash with the series 10 paint in bright light.

Many thanks for the pics and link. I made the mistake of looking on line at the Konig Ultraforms (and Hypergrams) in 17x8 +40 in gloss anthracite and they're attractive as well. In addition they appear to be lighter size for size than the 6ULs and less expensive to boot. Now I'm stuck in analysis paralysis. :iono: ahhhrrrrggg.

Here are my 17x8 hypergrams. In fact I was looking at the same set of wheels and ended up with the hypergrams. Good luck :)https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...7f8396c2de.jpg
