Those piano black trim pieces are an OEM Subaru part, you can see the Subaru stamp. Just look it up on a parts website.

Its a universal trim piece used on toyotas, scions, subarus...

This one comes with some wires too. Guys wrap these parts with shiny black vinyl. I cant find the Parts in the video, but there are lots of these...
