Stock tie rod life

Hey guys I'm approaching 100k miles and am wondering if I should replace the inner tie rods while I'm down there upgrading the outers. Thanks

Depends how bad they look or if they loosey goosey. But the final say is how much you want to spend.

Just remember to get the alignment checked after. So that's an added cost of it needs it.

I don't see why they would wear out, if you haven't messed with the suspension or off road-ed the vehicle - :iono:

Worn tie rod ends will cause excessive tyre wear , so your tyres should tell you.
Also worn out tie rod ends make a clunking/knocking noise when turning the steering wheel.

You'll be surprised how much damage daily driving on shitty pot hole ridden roads can do.
But really most suspension have a life expectancy of about 150k miles.
