OFT OFM greys out after grabbing data
 

After my OFM finishes grabbing data off the OFT v1 (either upload or download data), the entire screen is grey and nothing is selectable.

I just updated the template to the new v1 as well before this.

has anyone ran into this? I have a ticket open on openflash site.
Was wondering if anyone else encountered this.

Not sure if this is problem but oft can only talk to computer or the car, dont have computer and obd connection connected at same time

Yes, this was with only being connected to the PC

Did you try restarting the program and/or windows?

yup, on/off
different pcs
fresh ofm installs

Did you install the vcredist package?

during install i get the c++ window
the only options are Repair , Uninstall, and Close.
I run the repair and it finishes saying its complete.

So I just tried OFM 1.40.1
I can download data, but during upload data
Right when it nears completion , it reconnect to the OFT device then goes grey screen again.
