Rough road steering column issue

Not as much on a paved road but whenever, I go over unpaved road, hearing attached noise from around the steering column. Any recalls on this? Dealer indicated steering intermediate shaft. FRS has around 82,000 miles...

Thanks all!!! I wish Toyota would create a TSB for this common issue for early 2013 models.
