About koreanautoimports

Hello guys

As of today and they have not sent it to me yet, I am beginning to think that they are going to keep my money.
I have already sent several emails and they take a long time to respond, the last reply was on April 17 telling me that on the 18th they would send the package and they would pass me the follow-up I am still waiting for, today I will send another one with a more annoying tone. :mad0260:

Please avoid this company at all costs.

What was your experence?

Kind regards

Tcoat 04-24-2019 05:03 PM

What didn't they send?
When did you order it?
When did they originally say you would get it?

Dude.... never pay in friend mode from PayPal. If any company or person ask that you send money from PayPal as a friend or gift don't do it.

I hope they do the right thing and send out your badge.

Alastor 04-25-2019 05:26 AM

that was my mistake, trust me believing that it would be a serious company. PayPal does not return the money in any way in friend mode right?

Tcoat 04-25-2019 08:52 AM

Well considering they are in Arizona it is not unreasonable to expect a couple of weeks to ship something to Spain.
Not sure how Spanish customs is but I have had stuff sit at the border customs for a month or more.

But...

The reviews are not promising!

The problem is that they have not given me the tracking number at any time, if they sent the request and telling me that they would send it to the next day as you can read in the e-mail.

The Spanish customs are very problematic but I know they send you a letter when they receive your package, so this does not bother me.

Are you from London? You bought at that store sometime?

Thanks for the answers, I'm sorry if my English is not very good, I'm using a translator

Very bad reviews about this seller, be carefull.

Your posts are understandable to translator is working.

Not sending tracking number does not mean they have not sent but they probably haven't. It was just a possibility.

I am in a London in Canada. You have never heard of it. I always check reviews before I buy anything so I would not buy from them even if they were the only place that had what I wanted.

if I gifted you $10 and then asked you to return my gift.... a good friend will, a bad friend won't.

businesses are never your "good friend" until they stand to lose something that impacts their business model or bottom line.

never, NEVER gift payment of any kind to anyone unless you are 1) "donating" for a hooker, or 2) you never want to see your money again. doesn't matter if it is a company or an individual, you use a form of payment that protects you.

They will send it. I have ordered from them many times.

Yes the communication sucks.

Yes sometimes they don’t reply.

But I’ve always received what I ordered. Just be patient. I think it’s run by one guy. Business owners for some reason always use “we” but often enough there’s only “I”. You’ll get your stuff.

Thanks all.

They have already sent me the package with the shipping number. I hope that the Spanish customs do not give me many problems.

regards

Pardon my ignorance. I did not know hehe. I'm going to look for it by Google. :)

See this where reviews can screw somebody over since like anything (recall) the people with complaints will ALWAYS be more vocal than those that are satisfied. There is not a hope in hell I would order anything from that vendor based upon the reviews. None.

Yeah there have been a few forum threads about them, and I always comment to calm to OP down lol. I understand the trepidation, I've been there myself. If I was ever left with an unfulfilled order, I'd join the yelling, but they've (he's?) always delivered. I think the problem is he can't afford extra staff and spreads himself too thin, which results in all these problems.

People's expectations have been changed with the advent of places like Amazon with their massive stock and distribution centers. Once upon a time if your ordered something you expected to wait for 4 to 6 weeks before it showed up. Not anymore. My wife does a lot of craft type stuff and she get's most of her orders the day after she orders. She even has ordered stuff in the morning and had it by that same evening. Now when I order a model kit from Japan or China she starts to freak out that I haven't got it in a few days. It can take weeks since I only pay for ground shipping but she is sure I "got ripped off" every single time.
His website is very impressive so people probably think he has a huge warehouse full of stuff and a whole crew to handle the shipping so expect their order the next day. I wonder how many of those reviews where they say they never received the order were written less than a week after it was placed? Of course after they do get it they are not going to go back and change their statement.

My thoughts exactly about the Amazon effect. I've shipped and received hundreds of packages, used to have a small seller account on ebay, so I just don't panic cause I've seen it all. If something takes over a month - oh well. The only time I ever asked for a refund was when a package didn't show up after about 6 weeks. It ended up coming over 3 months later.

Being in Canada we also have to deal with parcels held up for prolonged periods in Customs even from the US. I have had orders from China get here faster than ones from Detroit where they could have just thrown it across the river to me.

Alastor 05-05-2019 11:04 AM

I already got the package home. All right, I want to have the car to install it. The only bad thing about this store was the delay in shipping.
