Weird issue, I NEED HELP !

Hey guys

Im facing an issue with my engine where it has a rough idle and the car sounds somehow louder and different where the acceleration is slower than normal after 3000 rpm and the intake is way loudddddddder !

To add on,
Even if i rev the car everything is okay before 3000 rpm but after that it almost sounds like too much air is entering because the rpm is slow and intake is really loud !

Mods :

Perrin cai
Gram throttle body
Trd catback

I have this mods for a while now but the issue just showed up !

Have you done any work at all on the car recently?

DarkPira7e 04-05-2019 12:20 PM

Have you gotten it tuned for that intake and throttle body?

Diz86x 04-05-2019 12:23 PM

Have you checked to make sure the intake couplers aren't loose?

You do any logging on your oft? You can use that to help narrow down the search. Fuel trims, IAM, knock correction to start. I'm sure there are a few others that I'm forgetting about.

Also, how's the oil and coolant?

Sounds like something is loose

I am with these guys. That is why I wondered if any work had been done recently. Make sure that all clamps, bolts and fasteners are tight.
