Anybody have any ideas on how to fix these scratches/scrapes?

I want to fix the damage myself but want to make sure I'm doing it correctly:

Bumper needs replaced. That paint cracking is no good, especially with the big chunk out of the bottom.

The remaining scratches: rubbing alcohol, lightly touch up paint, build up with clear touch up, then mask off the edges, wetsand lightly at 1500-3000 grit. Buff with compound, polish, then wax.
