Will a 2016 brz spoiler fit a 2017 gt86?

I’m not sure if there’s already a discussion about this. Just wanted to know if the spoiler would fit my gt86?

yes, the trunk lids are the same. but the '17+ oem spoiler holes are further forward, so it will not cover the existing '17 holes if that's your intention.

Someone else on the forum has documented their attempt as well, but the above is correct (if your 86 has the 2017+ spoiler on it). I have the TRD lip spoiler on mine, and it covers 4/6 holes.
