Turbo wheel specs
 

Hi, I’ve bought a set of wide wheels for my frs as I’m going turbo. I’m saving up for it at the moment and i’m thinking of selling the wheels to get the turbo sooner as I have fairly sticky tires on my stockies. Thing is, is that good enough to run for a couple months till I get some wide wheels again? I just want to get important stuff out the way like turbo obv., clutch, fuel stuff etc. lmk what you guys think. Thanks

I'm boosted at almost 400HP and run Kosei K4R 17x8 on the street. I have 245/40/17 Hankook Ventus V12 as my tires. I get wheelspin in 1st and 2nd. No issues anywhere else though, and unless you drive like a maniac on the street you'll be fine.

Can second what @mjanmohammad said, I’m at 400whp on 255/40 RE71r and I only have problems with 1st on full throttle. No one needs to do full throttle on the street anyway. You’ll be alright.

Thanks guys much appreciate it. I won’t be on stockies for long, I’ll probably be able to get some wider wheels a month or two after boosting.[emoji16]
