OFT not reading, and giving me CEL

I just had this problem today when I plug in my OFT. Usually, my OFT is never running. I just wanted to change the tune.

However, once i plug in my OFT, my dashboard beeps once. Then my dash lights up like a Christmas tree.

Here is what happen what I plug it in.

But my car is already on. I tried with engine on and engine off (on position)

I tried pulling the code with my OBD2 sensor.
Here is what I get.

After I unplug my openflash tablet, some lights turn off.

Only my ABS and traction light is on, until I clear the code with my OBD2 Bluetooth adapter.

Anyone know what's wrong with my car/OFT?

Thank you!

Dont plg in or remove oft or any other obd device while engine is running or ignition on.

Always stop wngine and turn igntion of before pligging in or re!oving any device on obd port else you can cause interruption to cann buss communocations and get issues your having.

Also when flashing or reading ecu you need to have ignition full on but engine stopped.

Logging is only time you want engine on

Right. I tried it too. I plugged it in with my car off. Then I turn on the car, and all my lights on my dash will light up. So I’m not too sure what can be the issue. Right as I plug it in , half a second later, all lights on my dash light up. The OFT will not communicate with my ECU as shown in the picture
