J02 Recall repair in Georgia?
 

Hi,


I live in Atlanta, Georgia, and I have been delaying the repair for J02 recall. But my tag renewal is due, and I am not sure if the recall repairs have to be done before I can renew the tag.


Anyways, I was wondering if there is anyone here from Georgia who was lucky enough to have the repairs done successfully, without having a dead engine?


I have been getting calls from "Nalley Toyota, Roswell" to schedule the repairs, but I am not sure whether I should wait, or take it elsewhere?

I suggest you call your state DMV and ask them.

I'd call three times and then go by the highest 2/3 responses.
