Can I sell my used OFT?
 

Wasn't sure where to post this sorry. But can I sell a used open flash tablet that I no longer need because I no longer have the frs that I used it for?

You must un-marry it from your car first, but yes.

Essentially, flash the original tune back to car, then erase the OFT data on the computer.

Unless you already flashed back to stock before getting rid of the FRS, no one else can use it (as-is) to tune their car. It's only really useful as a device for displaying some of the sensor values.
