Lots of 3D modelling pages out there, tons of car nuts that love to spend time modelling cars who aren't half bad.
It's probably easier to ask there. I don't know specific car sites, but the polycount forums come to mind as a major 3d modelling site. |
If your willing to pay:
http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/...upe-c4d/646358 (link says subaru, but its a scion, haha) i know you said free, but its probably going to be hard to find a free GOOD model of this specific car, not until it becomes extremely popular and many people begin modeling them. |
Rip the model from GT5, use google should find it pretty easily on a car modding website.
I'm not aware of any recent no FT models so GT5 might be your best bet, perhaps someone ripped the GT5 model for TDU then convert it to whatever modelling program you use. Plenty of info out there on google :) |

Not sure who made this model, but it's free:
http://thefree3dmodels.com/stuff/veh...ly/13-1-0-3970 It's not stock FR-S, it's custom model, but hey it's free. :w00t: |

I realize that this is an old post, but I'm reviving it. I've been playing with Blender (free 3d software) recently, and I grabbed the (free) model shown above somewhere on the net, imported it into Blender, and started modifying it back to stock, or close to it. The wheels and tires are courtesy of Andrew Price (borrowed from his free Mazda RX-8 model). The composite scene background is a shot I took at Cass Mountain Scenic Railroad, WVA. If anyone wants the Blender file (.blend), it's almost 40MB (I can set up a Filezilla transfer), or I can export it to .3ds, .obj or .fbx.

I am curious. |
Anyone have a STEP, IGES, or Parasolid file? ie something useful for CAD, and not just a faceted body.
