are you in san diego? is the rattle noticeable while driving? what is the volume level like on this?

Yes, am in SD. No rattle is not noticeable unless under the car and you tap the resonator. Hasn't affected sound and the construction is such that the flow is not impacted. I have a full exhaust system with headers and my sound is less than 86dB as measured during autox events. If you have stock headers and cats, it would just be throatier. Sound is so subjective, ideally you need to hear. Only have sound clips from inside car. Only reason I replaced is Frsport had smoking deal on the same setup on closeout and this takes weeks to get from Japan.
