I told myself I'd never sell the car, but reality finally set in and I've already purchased a more practical-ish replacement (Forester XT). I already have a sporty 2-door money pit, and I just can't bring myself to keep this over the one that I've had for over 20 years.

I'm the original owner and the car has treated me very well since purchase. I've only been stranded once, due to the throwout bearing coming apart and taking the clutch with it. This was under warranty and all was replaced with OEM at the time (I've replaced clutch, etc. once more since then).

It's been tricky settling on a sell price for this car. As I'm sure you are aware, there aren't many out there with this kind of mileage, so there isn't a good reference.

I'll provide more details as soon as I've updated my mod/maintenance list with dates and/or mileage where available.

Brief list of things to note:

• I have received notice of the valve recall and still need to take it in for this.
• Will get it smogged once there is some confirmed interest, as I don't want to lapse the 90 days and have to do it over again. I have no reason to believe there would be an issue passing.
• OpenFlash Tablet, running Stage 1 map. Also have E85 maps loaded and it makes a big difference if you have access to it.
• Spark plugs (OEM) replaced at 111k.
• Clutch replaced recently with Exedy OEM, but with Subaru flywheel and TO bearing. This was the second replacement.
• Brakes: Centric rotors with StopTech street pads and SS lines. I have a new set of pads and rotors, but have not installed.
• Suspension: Stock struts with RCE Yellow springs
• White 5Zigen wheels (17x8 +48): I still have these, but two were damaged when I ran over a water hole cover that was sticking up. Should be repairable. Will make a deal for these if you want them.
• Black 720Form wheels (17x9 +35 with MPSS 245/40): I will be taking these off the car and keeping them unless someone makes a good enough offer. I would sell the tires separately if I keep the wheels, as they're not the right size for a FXT.
• CARSMO center armrest, although the vinyl is cracking due to my gigantic elbow over several years.
• Clear code fading on roof and spoiler.
• STi side skirts: passenger side is broken due to a misjudgment of the distance to the nearest curb, and is not currently installed.
• Door dings: This is why we can't have nice things. My work shares a parking lot with a gym, and my car is not as important to those people as making to their spin class on time. I'll provide pictures that display this as best I can, but I don't think anything is beyond the means of a simple dent removal.
