Updates??
My car is at our dealership for a week, now. A corporate review is underway and the corporate staff are to be arriving this week to determine what to do about the four FRS failures sitting in their service dept. |

Having some issues with mine. Stalling while moving, feels like it's missing power down low. Fueling feels off almost. Dealership says there's no way this is caused by the recall work. I call bullshit.
Edit: they're claiming it's the injectors/tune. When I have more info, I'll adjust my post to the correct format |
Please be sure when leaving an entry here, that you're using the posted template to be sure all entries are captures in consistent format.

@DarkPira7e Maybe I'm the only one, but I wasn't quite sure how to deal with the "Vehicle mileage" and "Mileage after recall performed" fields. I interpreted that as current mileage on the odometer and miles driven after the recall, respectively. For me, it was something like 71,xxx and 620. Is that what you were looking for? If not, let me know and I'll adjust my record.

Vehicle Mileage: 59xxx
Vehicle Make: Scion Mileage After Recall Performed: 60xxx (671) Symptom(s): Oil leaks at bottom of timing chain cover (may be the o ring of the dipstick). Burning smell. Failure: State: CA Is Dealership Offering Repair: They are investigating. It's not a failure yet but I would like to report it to provide some data point. It's very likely the dealer reuse the o rings that should be replaced during the recall. I won't go to this same dealer for future maintenance or repairs anymore. When they perform J02 recall, they even forgot to roll down the window before disconnecting the battery. It may cause some damage to the weather seals. The car now has rattles around the door. |

Vehicle Mileage:74xxx
Vehicle Make: Scion FRS (2013) Mileage After Recall Performed: +/- 350 Symptom(s): clanking noise in motor tied to rpm Failure: spun #2 crank bearing others scored State:TN Is Dealership Offering Repair: Yes I had a certified 100k warranty so they are repairing it. First want to put a used motor in it... Later decided to use a new factory short block. Dealer said there were 59 blocks on backorder with 35 of them scheduled to be delivered soon. Mine should be in next week... Went ahead and bought a used 2016 BRZ. |

If anybody cares, I put this into Google Sheets... a little easier to see all of the failures and what not, so feel free to update/add any new failures.
