I recieved this today from the Toyota Customer Experience Centre which was in response to a survey they asked me to do a few week back:

High Demand. They are working with japan to help allocate more stock. Sorry about delays. Toyota will keep you in the loop with frequent updates. A simple email can reduce the stress/fustration for a lot of people in most cases. |

ignoring people doesnt help.
Just like the register your interest on the toyota site. (FAIL) barely got any useful emails back form toyota. Just seemed to be a mailing list for toyota products. TOYOTA GET THE MESSAGE. !!! Communication is the key !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
