What mods are you talking about?
|
Depends upon the verbiage of the lease turnover. I would think you would be screwed though since you probably signed off on the car as it was.

Call a local lawyer who specializes in automotive cases and get a consult on the matter. The laws vary region by region, and interpretation of those may even vary from case to case. Asking on here will get you 20 different answers with a decently probability of 0 of them being relevant to your specific situation.

Let's not be selfish here and only post to take contributions for ourselves and then delete everything. |
Just gonna take it to a dealer and hopefully they don't mind. Probably just need a new harness or something. Winter was terrible this year, the cold might have shorted something.
For those interested, my original question was basically: If I took over a lease and the cars mods were not fully disclosed and something happened to the vehicle related to said mod, who's responsibility is it and would I be able to do anything? Cheers |
just as a note, this is not how to do a thread. now anyone in the future cant use this for finding an answer.
