Plastidip emblem???

Does anybody have a Raven with black plasti-dipped toyota emblems?

I'm wondering if the black on black would look good, or if I should just keep the original chrome color for the toyota emblem.

Opinions are welcome

I am looking to make my scion badges black chrome. Does any one know if they make a chrome badge for the fr-s?

I painted my chrome badges after sanding them with 600 grit paper and they look pretty bad. I was using Krylon Fusion for Plastic Paint flat black. Is there a better paint to use? After two coats it just looked too thick on the emblems.

ah that's pretty sweet, is your back emblem plasti-dipped as well?

I already replaced my back emblem with the 86 swastika lolgo, I don't want to rip it off and stick it back on again. but it would look weird to have a black emblem in the front and a silver one in the back... right?

Yes the back are black as well.

Do the right thing. Remove the 86 emblem in the back.

It doesnt belong there!

Just my 2 cents.

Plastidip will start to peel the first time you touch it with a wash mit.

To be fair, a Toyota logo doesn't exactly belong there either... ;)

Oooh :bellyroll: I saw one car who did it here and I thought the 86 swastika logo looked pretty good in the back. This was removing the FRS emblem of course.

Where's the guy who installed the Lexus emblem when you need him haha.
