DD FR-S vs 370, Track EG, S2000, M3 etc.
 

Thought I’d drop some videos from a monthly local event last year. Here’s hoping they keep it up. My setup for comparison : Kumho V720 in 235mm, RPF1 in 17x9, TEIN street basis z coilovers(I know, no bully plz), alignment parts, intake and exhaust bolt ons, tune. Pretty budget setup.

https://youtu.be/PhjlVEcGpeo A run last year with a time-attack built EG hatch and S2000. Owners say 340hp and 400hp respectively. Saw fat a fat turbo on both in the paddock anyway. Don’t know anything about the Corvette or Golf except that they’re stupid fast. The Camaro is a show car but obviously brought power. Ignore the dusty dash, my fire extinguisher got excited during an earlier run.

Next month’s event. This time it’s a wide body S2000 set up for our local mountain road. The guy driving it is one of the names everybody knows up there for being fast but I don’t know how the top guys shake out. I believe he’s still N/A but there’s a ton of rubber under that thing. 285mm RS-RRs IIRC. There’s also a later model V8 M3 and a really nice red 180sx.

Last is a run with a 370Z. Don’t know what he’s done to it or what his background is, I just saw him pulling off as I pulled in and asked him to run since (for some reason) they keep getting compared to the ZN6/ZC6.
