Not directly, but if you were using a harness with input or DIY'd something it would work. My car had a factory camera and it worked well with this headunit.

I don't think there is an issue going across model years as long as you stay with Toyota/Scion but I think the BRZ plugs are different. I don't have the full knowledge to guarantee it will work with a particular setup, unfortunately.
