'Tis merely a flurry. You can still open the doors.

Best so far, many more to come! This car has one of the best defrosters I've seen, it's a great winter car. If only the U.S spec came with heated mirrors

Yah...I've spent my share of winters in Rochester NY...If I had been out and about and got this dump I would have no problems getting home...as long as the FR-S was not plowing the road...

I guess that's the point...photo was early this AM...now we have about 9" of accumulation...in any amount over a few inches in NC...you are on your own...had to venture out in the xTerra to Church (16 people attended Mass) and the drug store...getting out of the drive way and leaving our little neighborhood was an adventure...turning off Main St. to the drug strore required a running start to blow through the piled up snow from the few plows our city owns...

Snow plows are over rated. My street gets one about 3 times a winter. The rest of the time my car IS the plow. After a heavy snowfall the neighbours all wait to hear my car start before they even bother clearing theirs off.

Tcoat gets it. My driveway goes uphill at a pretty steep angle. When we get 8" or more of snow at a time (which is frequently), I need a running start from the nice clear bay of my garage to get the FR-S up it w/out shoveling (assuming there's not an 18" bank of solid plow-ice at the top yet), but usually I'm successful. Sadly, both garage bays are full with other vehicles this year, so the FR-S is based outside. Probably looking at a bit more preemptive shoveling this year. No worries.. I like to shovel.

Those 18" frozen plow banks (the few times a year I have to deal with them) are a game changer.
