Recommendations for scratch repair?

Hey all.

Well, it happened. After not driving my BRZ to work for the last two weeks in fear of dings dents and scrapes, I drove it in on friday nice and early and parked in a full size spot, and gave myself tons of room. Thought I was safe. :(

I come out to find a 2" long scratch in my right rear bumper area. Pretty deep, into the plastic. I tried various scratch repair products, none had much of an effect, since the scratch is past the paint of course.

This is the very reason I went out and bought a daily driver vehicle! Argh.

So does anyone have any experience or a recommendation for a scratch repair company in the PNW?

Do you have any pictures of the damage? I know a few people in the detailing/cosmetic repair business that I can ask, but they're all down around Tacoma.

I got a small rock chip on the hood and scratches around the door pull areas that I need fixed. Would love to hear about anyone good, hopefully in the Seattle or Bellevue/Redmond/Kirkland/Eastside area.

Yeah Im all ears, I have some rock scratches on the front bumper and somehow I got a tent in the door frame (just above the window) that looks like I got hit by a big piece of hail or something.

Truthfully, I had a few very minor scratches by the door panel that I took the turtles scratch repair kit too. Also had a universal black paint pen to supplement the kits clear coat pen. With some patience and attention to detail I got it back to its original luster.

I have been considering purchasing a Porter Cable Dual Action polisher (7424XP) specifically to polish out any of the inevitable scratches/rock chips so I can personally keep the finish looking good. I drive my BRZ only on weekends and so far it does not have any major dings. I used Opti-Coat. There are some minor dings.

I got rock chip x2 from a single piece of rock today. I hate stupid trucks! FU trucks.

Oh well, gives me reason to replace the hood XD maybe carbon fiber if it looks good.
